Bright Futures Foundation builds community, funding, and support for special needs adults in Orange County--ensuring no one is left behind because of cost. Our goal is to raise funding to support and provide specialized vocational and respite services for adults with various levels of need, including concerns related to mental health diagnoses, life skills development and social integration.
We Believe Every Adult Belongs
Bright Futures Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to creating a strong support network for adults with special needs in Orange County. We exist to champion, fund, and advocate for those working to live fuller, more independent lives.
As the sister organization to the Bright Futures Day Program in Irvine, we were built on one belief: access to life-changing programs shouldn’t depend on a family’s financial situation and everyone matters.
How We Make a Difference
Scholarship & Financial Aid
We provide direct financial assistance to families who want to enroll their loved ones in the Bright Futures Day Program but cannont afford the cost. No one should be turned away due to finances.
Community Network Building
We create events, support groups, and social gatherings that connect special needs adults, their families, and caregivers-- reducing isolation and building lasting bonds.
Awareness & Advocacy
We raise awareness about challenges facing adults with disabilities and work with community partners to create more inclusive opportunities throughout Orange County.

Come join the Bright Futures community for a night of fun, music, and connection! We’re bringing together special needs adults from across Orange County for an inclusive social event featuring karaoke, a DJ, food, and drinks. This is about more than just a party — it’s about building a community where every adult feels welcome, celebrated, and connected.

Your Gift Changes Real Lives
Every dollar you give directly supports special needs adults in Orange County. Here's what your donation does: $25- Covers supplies for one participant for a week $50 - Funds a community outing to build real-world skills $100- Subsidizes 3 days of the program enrollment for a family in need $250- Provides a full week of subsidized access for a participant who couldn't otherwise attend Larger gifts can support multiple participants, fund community outings, and power our networking events
